Top FAQs

What are your limits?

After account opening, transfers initiated through the Fastpay Online Banking External Transfer Service are limited to $25,000 per day and $100,000 per month. Fastpay Online Banking doesn't limit the amount of incoming and outgoing ACH transfers initiated by a third party transfer service or another financial institution, but such transfers are subject to the Funds Availability Policy in your Account Agreement and under applicable law.

Why do I need to have my forms notarized?

It is Fastpay Online Banking's policy to require notarized forms when making changes to or performing transactions on your account to help ensure it is you requesting the change and not a fraudulent attempt to access or update your account.

How do I view my account number and routing number?

The Fastpay Online Banking routing number is 303087995 . You may view your whole account number by logging in to your online banking. Simply go to the Accounts tab on your Fastpay Online Banking online banking profile. Click the Online Documents link, and then select your last statement. The full account number will be viewable on your statement.

Can I add a POD (Payable on Death) beneficiary on my account?

Yes, you may add a POD beneficiary to your Fastpay Online Banking account by completing the Request to Add or Remove a POD (Payable on Death) Beneficiary. Once you have the completed form signed and notarized, you may submit the form to Fastpay Online Banking via email, fax to 405.840.0862, or mail to our address.

When should I expect my ACH deposit to become available?

Fastpay Online Banking will typically place a hold on deposits for five business days, although some circumstances may necessitate a longer hold to ensure adequate funds and the safety of your account. During that period, you will see your deposit within Vio Online/Mobile Banking, but you won't be able to transfer it out until the period ends. You will earn the full amount of interest for those days regardless of the length of the hold.
